When an order moves

Successful payment authorization begins a handling period of about 1–2 business days. Dispatch starts a different stage: expected transit of 4–6 business days. These estimates exclude weekends and relevant holidays and are not guaranteed delivery appointments.

Check the delivery record

Checkout identifies the destinations and shipping charges available to the order. Please verify the complete address, including unit and ZIP code. A dispatch notice may arrive before tracking receives its first visible scan.

When a shipment needs research

Write to tamizharasi775@gmail.com about a late or lost parcel, a delivered scan without receipt, or damage during carriage. Quote the order and tracking numbers and the email used at checkout. Retain the parcel materials and add damage images where useful.
